Having trouble using the PHCS Multiplan Network?

  1. I’m seeing a provider with my new ARM MEC plan.  What to say and do if there is a problem like they cannot find ARM?
  1. At Check In, a provider may have to add ARM into their billing system using the billing address details are on the back of the card. 
  2. The provider should check their system for: ARM Ltd or Alternative Risk Management, Ltd or ALTRISK  or Payer EDI # is 63240
  3. Providers can call for eligibility and benefits at 800-392-1770.

 

  1. What to do if my medical provider is out of the PPO Network?
  1. Members need to find a Medical provider in the Claritev/Multiplan/ PHCS Practitioner and Ancillary PPO Network.  Go to www.claritev.com.
  2. After clicking PHCS Practitioner & Ancillary, members have the opportunity to generate a Printer Friendly copy or email the directory to an email address.
  3. If there are no providers within 30 miles, members may have to prepay and get reimbursed by ARM by submitting a walkout statement and a receipt.



     3. What to do if I have to pay at the time of service, how do I get reimbursed?

 

a)  Members can submit their eligible statement for reimbursement and receipt via fax at 847-394-6328 for processing.
